Alaina and Rossy are dynamic professionals with a combined 24 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Both proud alumni of Cal State LA, they have been instrumental in shaping the lives of neurodivergent individuals and their families since 2010 and 2014 respectively.
Their expertise extends across diverse settings, including schools, homes, communities, and clinics, where they have provided invaluable supervision and mentorship to trainees and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Their commitment to excellence is evident in their passion for delivering high-quality services and disseminating best practices in ABA to both parents and fellow professionals. With their wealth of experience and dedication they created Core Impact to ensure that quality ABA training is acceptable to all.
